Extrusion of aluminum profiles

"Unicom" Ltd. started the extrusion of aluminum profiles in 2009. At the beginning, profiles for expansion joints and architectural decoration are produced.
After gaining some experience, the company started extruding profiles at the request of customers from the engineering industry and the sector of aluminum door and window systems.
In 2012, "Unicom" installed a powder coating line, and in early 2013, machines for applying wood effect on aluminum profiles.

CUSTOM EXTRUSION

Unicom has tools for extrusion of profiles listed in catalogues.. Profile tools are also made upon customer request. We can make a conceptual project of a profile or a system of profiles upon request. Upon approval from the Customer, we contact our long-time die-makers to create the necessary tools.
